December 18, 2009

Dear Parents,
This is a very busy time of year for families and sometimes that can lead to increased stress. Please consider it a priority to make sure the holidays are about recognizing the joyous spirit of this time of year. Trying to stretch yourself to cover all the potential obligations can leave you with no energy or patience for being with your children. The best memories are not about the brightly colored boxes under your tree, it is about the positive feelings generated by sharing the moment together.
